Sarah Dion
MA, LBA, BCBA

Executive Director and Founder

Sarah’s unwavering passion for helping children reach their milestones is the driving force behind Behavioral Milestones. Her vision? To reimagine ABA therapy, making it an enjoyable adventure for kids, a stress-free experience for parents, and a white-glove service that delivers exceptional results.
She loves cultivating a team buzzing with positive energy and dedication. Sarah holds a Master’s Degree from Columbia University and is the co-founder of SO Fun City, our sister organization dedicated to providing inclusive enrichment programs to schools and summer camps nationwide.

Josh Seiden

Chief Strategy Officer

Josh is a driving force behind our innovative strategies, pushing the boundaries of ABA and fostering a standout company culture. He’s a master of designing workflows that deliver exceptional customer service and outstanding outcomes for our families.
As a highly sought-after keynote speaker, Josh shares his creative methods and innovative approaches for motivating teams and developing impactful programming for children.In addition to his role at Behavioral Milestones, Josh co-founded SO Fun City, our sister organization dedicated to providing inclusive enrichment programs to schools and summer camps across the country.

Chief Operations Officer

With 20 years of leadership experience, Maria is the backbone of Behavioral Milestones, creating a smooth and supportive operational framework. She allows our therapists to focus on what they do best: providing exceptional ABA therapy.
Driven by a personal connection to the field, Maria passionately supports our families with scheduling, insurance navigation, and more, ensuring a nurturing and positive experience for every client.

Assistant Director

Abby brings a wealth of experience from both school and home settings, coupled with a deep-rooted commitment to ABA principles. As the overseer of our BCBA Supervisors, she ensures our quality of care remains consistently top-notch. Abby’s infectious enthusiasm and genuine care create a spark that families and team members absolutely adore.
